Opening Times and Booking

Appointment times at Karoma are extremely flexible, to fit in with modern life.  Therapies are offered by appointment, and all treatments are available earlier in the morning or, more commonly, in the evening or at weekends, subject to advance booking and availability.

Because of working so much 'out-of-hours' Karoma has very limited core opening times, below, when you can drop in for vouchers or purchases, subject to Kathryn not being in an appointment.

Tuesday - 14:30 - 17:00
Wednesday - 11:30 - 17:00
Thursday - 11:30 - 17:00
Friday - 11:30 - 16:00
Saturday - 10:30 - 16:00
Sunday - By Appointment (please book by 16:00 on Saturday)

Tuesday 9th February - CLOSED
Thursday 11th February - Open from 12.30
Saturday 27th February - Sunday March 14th - CLOSED

If I'm in a treatment I'll be unable to take your call so please do leave a message and I'll call you back as soon as I'm free.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call at least 24hrs in advance to avoid being charged.

Please note that Karoma reserves the right to take a deposit and/or credit/debit card details at the time of booking and may charge up to 100% of the treatment price in the event of the client not giving 24hrs notice of cancellation or modification.
Less than 24hrs notice, 50% of the treatment charge will be levied. With 2hrs or less notice the full treatment price will be payable. Please note that for Universal Contour Wrap at least 12hrs notice is required to avoid being charged the full treatment price due to the long preparation times involved.  This applies to clients using Gift Vouchers also.

Advance payment is required for all bookings on Sundays and Mondays. A minimum 60 minute booking is also required for appointments on these days
