Opening Times and Booking
All bookings are offered by appointment only but that doesn't mean to say it's not worth a call on the day if you have a last-minute request as sometimes I have gaps that I'm more than happy to fill if possible.
Please note that I work most, but not every, evening and weekend so these do tend to fill up in advance. Appointments on Sundays carry a £60 minimum charge.

Please note that Karoma reserves the right to take a deposit and/or credit/debit card details at the time of booking and may charge up to 100% of the treatment price in the event of the client not giving 24hrs notice of cancellation or modification.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that I require 24hrs notice of cancellation if you wish to avoid paying for your appointment. You will be charged the full amount in the event of no-shows
Advance payment is required for all Sunday bookings and a minimum £60 charge applies
