Opening Times and Booking

In today's world with hectic lives, commuting and shift-work it's a tall order to be open at times that suit everyone. So Karoma has limited core opening times, below, and all treatments are available outside of these times, whether morning, evening or weekend, subject to advance booking and availability.

I am attending lots of charity events throughout November and December so there are quite a few extra closures. Remember that even if I'm listed as closing I may have appointments available if you let me know in advance.

General:

Monday - By Appointment (please book by 16:00 on Saturday)
Tuesday - 14:00 - 17:00
Wednesday - 11:30 - 17:00
Thursday - 11:30 - 17:00
Friday - 11:30 - 16:00
Saturday - 10:30 - 16:00
Sunday - By Appointment (please book by 16:00 on Saturday)

Specific closures in November:

Thursday 6th - closed all day
Wednesday 12th - closing at 16:00
Thursday 20th - closed all day
Wednesday 26th - closing at 16:00

December, Christmas and New Year:

Thursday 4th - closed all day
Saturday 6th - closed all day (appointments in the early morning or late afternoon are available subject to prior booking)
Monday 8th - OPEN all day
Christmas Eve - OPEN all day
Christmas Day - closed all day
Boxing Day - closed all day
Friday 27th - normal hours resume
New Year's Eve - OPEN 11.30-16.00
New Year's Day - closed all day
Friday 2nd January - normal hours resume

If I'm in a treatment I'll be unable to take your call so please do leave a message and I'll call you back as soon as I'm free.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call at least 24hrs in advance.

Please note that Karoma reserves the right to take a deposit and/or credit/debit card details at the time of booking and may charge up to 100% of the treatment price in the event of the client not giving 24hrs notice of cancellation.

Due to a recent spate of people cancelling appointments at the last minute I shall now require payment in advance for all bookings on Sundays and Mondays. A minimum 60 minute booking is also required for appointments on Sundays and Mondays
